what is abstract?
Abstract photography is where you take a photo where its unclear what the main object is unlike a photo of a person has a main object compared to if I zoomed in on some ones arm you wouldn't recognise it was a persons arm, you can use this In many ways such as a collage you use different parts of photos there for there will not be a main object for example my photogram collarges.
This is my collage it is made up from old photo grams what I cut up into interesting shapes then I photo coppied it to a smaller size then I'm going to take it into the dark room to do a contact print turning the paper negative into a positive.

dafna talnor came into our school and done a work shop with us the work shop she done was very fun we made colour positive slides I made 5 these are the 5 I made.
these are the photos I made, I made these by using colour positives and different old images I cut different images up and stuck them in a unusual patterns we done this with a small light box, we used this to see our images clearly we also used a scaple to shape our images and stuck them onto a sticky back plastic then trim down to fit in a slide then we put our slides into a slide projector too show our images on the wall then we took photos of them my favourite image is this one.
all the tools we used:
35 mm slides

puzzled 'em
over the next 5 weeks our task is to make a game inspired by the game puzzled em we played this in class in the next 5 weeks we need to take 10 unusual photos and then print or mount your photographs on card and number each card and provide a key (identifying the objects for players) then design a box to put them in.
